Monday Easter Week

Greetings Skyline Friends,

I trust this letter finds you well. I am, even now thinking of so many of your faces… I feel like using The Apostle Paul’s salutation describing the faith of his Roman friends as spoken of throughout the whole world. I am so very pleased to be linked in the harvest with those of like precious faith.
Of course, the Resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ is foremost on my mind. The hope of every believer rests upon the understanding, belief and appreciation for the Resurrection of Jesus. Skyline’s statement of faith simply states, We believe the Lord Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God. The Scriptures declare His bodily resurrection from the dead.
This Sunday will be a great day of being with loved ones, sharing and celebrating His life. We have a wonderful continental breakfast planned to celebrate our time together. There will be opportunities to reconnect with others, especially important to our lives. We will however, discover the day’s real significance as we pause, turn our hearts and remember the words of Christ, The Son of man must be delivered into the hands of sinful men, be crucified and on the third day be raised again.

Each morning during this week I will share with you some thoughts about the Resurrection. I hope they are blessings to you all. Be blessed as you remember the Resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ.

In His grip,
Pastor Ken
